Damaged worktop at the edge

One of the most common repairs to granite and quartz worktops are chipped edges, due to heavy objects being dropped on them. If you ever damage your stone worktop and chip it at the edge, try to keep the piece so it can be glued back in, as this can be repaired. The method to repair this worktop, if you haven't got the piece to glue back in, is to use a resin. This has to be colored to match the worktop color and then reshaped and polished, just like what a dentist would do, really.
